The goal of Developing Leaders PAC is to ensure the interests of people of color are represented in Washington D.C. and throughout the country.
Provide visibility, public relations, and credibility to the legislative and bureaucratic issues of people of color.
Identify and contribute to people of color incumbents and challengers.
Advocate for or against issues, referendums, and ballot initiatives effecting our communities.

Developing Leaders PAC is a nonpartisan political action committee. We aim to assist people of color who are candidates for federal, state, or local offices and who are cognizant and responsive to the goals and objectives of our communities.
